Terms of service

Last updated: May 02, 2026

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchases made from Wooit Pty Ltd trading as Little Arts (“Little Arts”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our website, browsing our store, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase from us.

2. Who We Are

This website and online store are operated by:

Wooit Pty Ltd
Trading as Little Arts

Belconnen ACT 2616
Australia

Email: contact@wooit.au

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase from our store.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Products and Artwork

Little Arts offers handmade artworks, sculptural objects, and collectible works.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours, and other details accurately. However, you acknowledge that:

  • colours may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, and photography
  • handmade works may contain natural variations in form, surface, colour, texture, finish, or dimension
  • minor irregularities or handmade characteristics are part of the nature of the work and are not defects
  • product availability may change without notice
  • limited works may sell out quickly
  • some works may require preparation, careful packing, or a short making period before dispatch

Each work should be understood as a handmade object rather than a mass-produced item.

5. Care of Fragile Artworks

Little Arts works are handmade sculptural objects and should be handled with care.

Because artworks may be fragile, delicate, or sensitive to impact, moisture, heat, cleaning products, pressure, or improper handling, customers are responsible for caring for the work after delivery.

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Little Arts is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, dropping, impact, incorrect installation, unsuitable display conditions, cleaning products, exposure to water, moisture, excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight, or any other handling or storage issue after delivery.

Nothing in this section excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item or items.

We may accept or decline an order at our discretion, including where:

  • the item is unavailable
  • there is an error in pricing, product information, or inventory
  • payment cannot be processed
  • fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected
  • shipping to the selected destination is not available
  • we are unable to fulfill the order for reasons outside our control

An order is not accepted until we confirm it by email or begin processing it.

If we are unable to accept or fulfill your order after payment has been made, we will contact you and arrange a refund where appropriate.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Prices may be updated at any time without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

8. Complimentary Shipping

Complimentary shipping is included with every order to destinations currently available at checkout.

This means that no separate shipping charge is added at checkout for eligible orders.

Complimentary shipping does not include any international customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or local charges that may be imposed by the destination country.

9. International Orders, Duties, and Taxes

We currently ship to selected destinations available at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, brokerage fees, or other local charges upon arrival.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Little Arts does not control these charges and cannot predict the exact amount.

If you are ordering internationally, you are responsible for ensuring that the artwork can be lawfully imported into your destination country.

10. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

Delivery timeframes shown on our website or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Because each work is handmade and carefully packed, orders may require a preparation period before dispatch. Unless otherwise stated, orders are generally dispatched within 5–7 business days after purchase.

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 7–14 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, local delivery networks, and any requirements of the destination country.

International shipping is available only to destinations shown at checkout. Duties, taxes, import fees, or customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, weather events, regional delivery disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Each work is carefully packed to protect its surface, form, and finish during transit. Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, or otherwise marked as delivered by the carrier, the customer is responsible for the safe handling, storage, display, and care of the artwork.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. Little Arts is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned parcels, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection laws.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label.

Change-of-mind returns, custom works, commissioned works, and certain limited or final-sale items may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

12. Damage After Delivery

Little Arts artworks are handmade and may be fragile.

Customers are responsible for handling, displaying, storing, and caring for artworks appropriately after delivery.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or repairs for damage caused after delivery by customer mishandling, misuse, dropping, impact, unsuitable storage, incorrect installation, exposure to water or moisture, excessive heat, direct sunlight, cleaning products, or failure to handle the work with reasonable care.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of delivery where possible.

Please provide:

  • your order number
  • clear photographs of the artwork
  • clear photographs of the external packaging
  • clear photographs of the internal packaging
  • clear photographs of the shipping label
  • a description of the issue

Please keep all original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

We will assess the issue and, where required by applicable consumer law, provide an appropriate remedy.

Damage reported after the artwork has been handled, installed, displayed, cleaned, moved, or stored by the customer may not be treated as transit damage.

14. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

contact@wooit.au

We may not be able to cancel an order once it has been prepared, packed, dispatched, or otherwise processed.

If cancellation is possible, we will confirm this with you and arrange any applicable refund.
