Shipping policy

Last updated: May 02, 2026

1. Complimentary Shipping

Complimentary shipping is included with every order.

This means that no separate shipping charge is added at checkout for destinations currently available in our store.

Complimentary shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or local charges that may be applied by the destination country.

2. Where We Ship

Little Arts currently ships to selected destinations available at checkout.

We currently ship to:

  • Australia
  • Belgium
  • Canada
  • China
  • France
  • Germany
  • Japan
  • Netherlands
  • New Zealand
  • Singapore
  • South Korea
  • Taiwan
  • United Kingdom
  • United States

If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order. Where possible, we may arrange a private shipping quote based on the artwork, destination, packaging requirements, and delivery method.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes shown on our website or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Because each work is handmade and carefully packed, orders may require a preparation period before dispatch. Unless otherwise stated, orders are generally dispatched within 5–7 business days after purchase.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, local delivery networks, and any requirements of the destination country.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, weather events, regional delivery disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Packing and Handling

Each Little Arts work is packed carefully to protect its surface, form, and finish during transit.

Because our artworks are handmade, limited, and often fragile, we take care to prepare each order appropriately before dispatch.

Some works may require additional packing time depending on their material, surface, scale, or fragility.

5. Tracking

Where available, orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier and destination.

6. International Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other local charges upon arrival.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Little Arts does not control these charges and cannot predict the exact amount.

If you are ordering internationally, you are responsible for ensuring that the artwork can be lawfully imported into your destination country.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Little Arts is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned parcels, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange the next steps. Additional delivery costs may apply.

8. Fragile Artworks

Little Arts artworks are handmade sculptural objects and may be fragile.

Each work is packed with care before dispatch. Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the safe handling, storage, display, and care of the artwork.

Little Arts is not responsible for damage caused after delivery by mishandling, dropping, impact, incorrect installation, unsuitable display conditions, cleaning products, water, moisture, excessive heat, direct sunlight, or failure to handle the work with reasonable care.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Damaged Parcels

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of delivery where possible.

Please email us at:

contact@wooit.au

Your email should include:

  • your order number
  • clear photographs of the artwork
  • clear photographs of the external packaging
  • clear photographs of the internal packaging
  • clear photographs of the shipping label
  • a description of the damage

Please keep all original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

We will assess the issue and, where required by applicable consumer protection laws, provide an appropriate remedy.

Damage reported after the artwork has been handled, installed, displayed, cleaned, moved, stored, or otherwise used by the customer may not be treated as transit damage.

10. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at:

contact@wooit.au

We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier enquiry.

Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, public holidays, weather, regional delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect estimated delivery times.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, refused, or could not be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. Additional shipping costs may apply.
